There is not much to say I just bought this car in an auction yesterday and the water temp gauge and the fuel level gauge are not working. I need a diagram or a picture showing me where the water temp sensor is located and how to test it. Same with the fuel, I know is in the fuel tank but I need a diagram anyways. Also after I stop the car the fan stays on for a couple of minutes and then stops. Is that normal in this cars?

As far as the fan goes depending on how hot it is they can stay on after the key is off. As far as the fuel and temp gauge inop that sounds like a bad body control module I have replaced tons of them for those symptoms and many other inop or weird things happening. Pretty common for them to fail there are two different bcms for each module year and I have them both for the 2000-2004 old ones for testing purposes. That tells you how common it is for them to fail lol. Do have any codes?

No no codes but the service light is on and when I start the car the gauges and the AC compressor work for 10 to 20 seconds, then they stop working and the service light and the abs come on.I think that you are right. Do you know where the bcm is located?

Yes I know where it is right on top of the glove box locked into two channels on top of the glove box. If the service light and abs light are on there are codes. The scan tool you used is probably not advanced enough to read them.
