2004 Saturn Ion Power Steering

My power steering went out and it dont have a resevoir to put the fluid in what would be the promblem with my power steering.

It has a electric steering so there's no fluid. Most likely the motor on the steering column has failed. That's pretty common you will have to get your power steering control module code's read and go from there.
