2004 Saturn Ion car fell in to ditch and now struggling

2004 Saturn Ion 60000 miles

our car fell in to ditch but came out within few seconds I think only front right wheel went in to ditch. Now its starting and running but its not smooth. We feel some obstruction.I don't think we can drive it for more than 10-20 mph.

Get it looked at. It could be an alignment issue, or perhaps the sway bar, or any number of things. Bottom line: Get it looked at and fixed before driving it anymore.
