2007 Saturn Aura XM radio theftlock codes or reset

II just bought a 2007 Saturn Aura XR model with factory XM radio mounted the rear package tray. The XM receiver had been damage, so I bought another out of the same car and model and plugged it in. The main radio recognizes it but as the manual indicates it is in theft-lock mode. The local dealer does not know how to unlock it. Is there any answer to unlock other than replace with new XM reciever? The part number on the XM reciever is GM 28043297

The only thing that the dealer can do on them radio is to enter the VIN # in and that should work and after that you should be able to call the XM radio people and activate the system
if still not working and
if no codes and GM help line was unable to help your dealer to activate and get you back on the road happy the system at fault and the radio is not comparable with what you have

I am still not able to get theft-lock deactivated on my XM radio that is separate part of factory radio in my 2007 Saturn Aura XR.
