Here are the removal procedures.

OUTSIDE REARVIEW MIRROR OPENING COVER REPLACEMENT
Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rearview mirror opening cover.
2. Loosen the 4 top clips (1).
3. Release the 4 lower clips (2).

Installation Procedure
Install the rearview mirror opening cover.
"Â Install the 4 lower clips.
"Â Install the 4 top clips.

POWER MIRROR REPLACEMENT
Removal Procedure

1. Remove the upper extension trim panel.
2. Release the 3 clips.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness plug.

4. Remove the front door outer mirror.
a. Disconnect the wiring harness plug.
b. Remove the 3 bolts.
c. Remove the outer mirror.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the front door outer mirror.
Tighten: Tighten the 3 bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

2. Connect the wiring harness plug.

3. Install the outer mirror inner paneling.

4. Connect the wiring harness plug.

5. Install the 3 clips.

6. Perform the operational inspection.

Where can I buy just the housing without going to the dealer? My mirror was hit and knocked the housing off and the piece that goes on the bottom is missing. Thank you!

Hi Bilbowar,

The housing is a dealer part so you have no other options.
