2001 SAAB 9-5 code P1110

I get a dtc code of P1110 which is manufacturer fuel air metering. What is this and is it something I can fix myself?

CHECK FOR VACUUM LEAK IN CHARGE AIR BYPASS VALVE, valve located to the back mount to firewall, should have a couple small vacuum type hoses plugs on to it, one may have come loose, or hose need replaicing.
