2001 SAAB 9-5 car alarm, new tires

Car alarm goes off continuously, can it be disconnected easily. I've heard it may be the alarm battery, if so and I don't disconnect alarm what is repair cost to replace battery,


Also what brand tires are recommended for car. Car lives in southern New Jersey

Battery not really replaceable, but if u r good then check radio shack for battery, remove old one as sample, unit is located under d/s frt wheel well liner to the rear section just disconnect for now, or u can check dealer to have it remove from system using tech2 scan tool.
