Runs rough and hard to accelerate

Replaced a section of rusted fuel line and now engine runs very rough and hard to accelerate.

Hello, I am Danny.

It could be a possibility that some debris/rust particles has entered into the fuel system or plugged the fuel filter. Was the fuel filter replaced?

I figured that, but cannot find any filters anywhere. Assume there is on in the fuel tank. Do I have to drop the tank to get to this or is there access through the bed of the truck? Have a liner in there so cannot see anything from the top now.

Any ideas?
