You have described a possible intake manifold leak. Recheck timing and run a vacuum gauge to the manifold. (What cam is in there? Has cam timing been verified?) The reading should be steady at the risk of assuming a less than wild cam profile.

Yes a wild cam set up. I have put new distributor, new plugs, new wires, new cap, new coil, new fuel, pumps and nothing changes the problem.

If you say wild cam setup what is the idle at it may need to be in the 1500-1800 range and has a massive vacuum leak. Timing may need to be in 32-34 degree range at about 2000 rpm's. With no vacuum. Also what is firing order and has the cam changed the firing order.
