Good afternoon,

Possible reasons.

1. Low coolant level.

2. Thermostat stuck closed.

3. Radiator clogged internally.

4. Radiator clogged externally.

5. Cooling fan not working.

6. Head gasket failure.

Can you give me more information?

Give me as much background as you can.
