My truck makes a rubbing sound when turning left or changing lanes to the left. Driving straight or turning right is fine. I have had repaired the hub bearing, new tires, new front brake pads, slide pins, rotors turned, front wheel alignment. I do not know what else to do!

Check to see if tire hits fender well or brake shield is hitting rotor. If truck is lifted that may problem or size of tire as well. Without seeing this is hard for us to diagnose. So it may be better to have it checked locally.
