RPM are low and shut off when drving

I will drive around for a little then shut off the car then I try to start it, it cracking but stays off for more the 10 min, then it makes a clicking noise then my hot cold gauge goes to the middle then I know it'd good to start.I change the alternator battery fuel filter fuel pump spark plugs spark plug wires thermostat and still doing the same thing oh yeah my rpms Are low
