Rough riding?

Is there a way to tell if my body bushings need to be replaced or if it's my shocks? I can feel every crack and pebble on the road! Almost like riding a go cart with no tires on it just steel rims. The shocks are Bilstein all around and are not even 2 years old. I don't drive on dirt country roads and don't go off roading! The front end is about 2 years old and there are a few new parts in the back suspension. I know I can't keep driving like this because everything else will start falling apart.

The Bilstein's could be the problem, these shocks are for racing and are very stiff. My brother had them in his car and ended up replacing them with a softer shock. Also please check the air pressure in the tires, this can cause a rough ride as well. This guide can help:
