Getting conflicting reports, sole say 10 nm others 17 ft lbs, i heard both in the oast. I did 10 and seems ok but if i set it to 17 and go beyond 12 feels am going to be going tight. Not sure which is correct. I replaced one rocker arm that is why, so I am tightening those cap torx boots back.

Hi,

10Nm is correct or 89 inch pounds which is equal to 7.4 foot pounds and not 17 ft/lbs

Take a look at the pic below and follow the torque sequence indicated. Also, make sure the camshaft lobe is centered over the rocker arm roller before tightening.

Let me know if this helps.
