Replaced CAM and lifters now will not run?

Ran before cam install now crank no start was 180 out on timing now, I don't get no start got spark and fuel?

First here are the timing marks for the camshaft to make sure you have the engine in time. Also here is how the distributor needs to be installed and I have included a guide that may help as well.
