1. THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL CURRENT SUPPLIED TO THE IGNITION COILS, WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

2. REAR WINDOW NO FUNCTIONING, SOMETIMES IT DOES RESPOND

Check/clean/replace the CKP(crank position sensor) for the no spark issue. The rear electric windows has a design flaw on the motor of the megane. You need to have the motor replaced it's a common fault on this model.
