Both remote keyless entry fobs stopped working. New batteries didn't help. Also at the same time, the clock is not lit. Fuses for these two are OK. Would appreciate any ideas on what the problem is. Thanks.

Did you check all the fuses as per diagram?

I checked two fuses, one that controls the clock, and the one that controls the remote keyless entry. Both are OK. Do I need to check every single fuse?

More than one fuse is used for the circuits. You need to at least check those in diagrms.

OK, will do. Think I'll buy a fuse tester so I don't have to remove every fuse by hand. Will get back to you. Thanks for the help.

Looks can be deceiving and you should be using some sort of tester, a DVOM would be good but I prefer a testlight for testing fuses.

I ended up taking the car in to the shop. It was a fuse under the hood; I hadn't checked for that.

Thanks for your suggestions.
