When I get into my car and start driving my car will shift very rough and it will jerk the car around. After I start getting down the road when I get to about forty five mph, the car will go to really high revs and will not shift until I let go of the gas, and when it shifts slowing push it to accurate. Those are the main problems but the car is also very sluggish and it takes a long time to get up to speed.

Sounds like you could have a plugged catalytic converter.

If the catalytic converter is partially plugged it lowers the vacuum the engine can pull so the computer think it is going up a steep hill hence the late shifts.

Here is a guide to help you determine and confirm the problem:

Please let us know what happens so it will help others.
