Real Lound noise coming from engine

When iding upon starting, I had just replace the front axel

First disconnect the belt and start see if noise is still there. If a hard knocking sound then it may an internal problem to have it diagnosed further. Belt and tensioner should be replaced at same time as it could be part of accessories making noise.
