Rattling in the engine compartment?

Hi, guys I need some input here. There’s this rattling sound that comes from the left side of the motor. But as you can see in the video as I press down on the valve cover it goes away slightly. Would you happen to have a slight clue as to what this might be? A little help with where to look would greatly be appreciated.

Try checking the engine mount directly below where your hand is in the video sometimes a loose or worn engine mount can produce a sound like this..

Yes, this will be the timing chain, guides and tensioner that need to be replaced. This is common at this mileage, but you might want to remove the belt and start the engine to make sure it is not the tensioner. Thanks for the video it helps.
