Radio illumination lights on all the time

No idea how it started, I made sure the headlights/parking lights switch is off, radio is off but the lights stay on all the time. I pulled the radio fuse to get them off. But would like to know why it happened?

Hello,

There is a front area control module (FAM) that sounds like it is going out. To be sure lets run a CAN scan on it which you can get a scanner for about $50.00 on Amazon. Here is a video to show you how:
