Radiator outlet/ coolant hose?

Thanks for the images, they help. You may be able to cut the plastic line off and then use an adapter (it looks like 5/8 to 1/2 inch - convert to metric if needed.) If not you will need to buy the unit as a whole part. I wish I had a better answer for you.

Hi ken, I ended up wrapping the nylon push fitting under the coolant tank with a few wraps of Teflon tape and then reinstalled the push on fitting and put the clip back on and it seems to have stopped the leak. I also noted that the hose can be replaced without buying the whole set up and it’s 3 feet long. A person can actually buy 3 feet of 5/8” ID heater hose and 2 gear clamps. Both ends do have barb fittings on being careful to cut old plastic heater hose off them without cutting the barbed fitting. I have a few pictures to show this.

Oh good, I am glad you got it fixed. If there is a will there's a way. So, no leaks? Also, I don't see the 5/8 hose part can you send a pic?

The 5/8” part was referring to the corrugated plastic line near the radiator inlet and it is barbed. It was going to be my backup in case the Teflon tape idea didn’t work. I bought 3 feet of 5/8 radiator hose and clamps and keeping it in our car in case it does start leaking again. Through a bit of resources online I heard it was 5/8” My only concern was perhaps the black connector may have a bad o ring in it so I ordered a new connector online and will install that on the 3 foot new radiator hose if needed. The black connector has a number stamped into it which allowed me to get the same one. (See picture). When it comes in I will insert it into the 5/8” I.D. hose I have and show you by picture. I also took a small flexible tape measure and measured the hose from surge coolant tank to the radiator inlet and was 3 feet.
