Radiator hose

Coolnt is leaking out of the passenger side of radiator about 3/4 of the way down from the top. It had like a half inch of hosing hooked to it with a hose clamp connected to it. Looks as if the hose just ripped of and theres no hanging hose so I dont even know where a new hose could connect to on the other end. Anyone know what im talking about?

Thank you for your reply, haven't had internet access the last few days, sorry it took this long to get back on here. Here is the photo of the radiator with the nipple/spout that I'm talking about highlighted. Thanks again for any help.

It's the 5/8in spout just above the lower radiator hose connection.

If it has broken off the tank, you will have to take the radiator out and get a new tank attached.
