Radiator fan does not work

When I drive a far distance and park I notice noise from the radiator like bubbling water, but my temperature gauge will be normal.

Have the radiator cap checked. The cooling system works under pressurized conditions when it heats up. If the radiator cap is bad, pressure would be released to the recovery tank and this would result in bubbling noises.
