I replaced the rack and the power steering pump as well as the two lines off the pump that goes to the rack and it still leaking. It looks like to me it is the cap on the driver side bottom of the rack n pinion. How do I fix this if that is the problem? It looks like #21.

Good morning,

The parts you identified are the boots and the gear itself. There are bulkhead seals at the end of the rack that keeps the fluid from leaking. When you have fluid in the boots or leaking from the boots, that indicates those seals are bad.

Did you use a new rack or a used rack?

The steering rack will have to be replaced again for this to stop.
