Pulley identification

I have noisy pulley bearing. I know there's the alternator, water pump, air con, crankshaft and tensioner pulley, but there's 1 more and I'm beside myself trying figure out what it's called. Some help would be good.

Hi,

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have very limited technical info. Is it possible for you to take a picture of what you can't identify and upload it for me to see? You have listed basically everything that is normally run by the belt. I don't know if this vehicle would have an air pump on it.
