I have the car listed above Cutlass Supreme. It has injector problems at least I think. As I was taking apart the car to get to the injectors I found oil. It wasn’t a little oil it was a lot of oil. It was inside the tube connecting the throttle body and air filter. There was also some inside the throttle body. I cant find a PCV valve. So I’m not sure if I have one or what I should do. Is this even something to be concerned about? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

Good evening,

The PCV valve is in the back valve cover. I attached pictures for you.

It may be the valve but I doubt it. I think you have excessive blow-by from worn piston rings that send oil vapors back into the intake system.

If it’s the pistons then I’m assuming that means scrap the car? I’ll look into the PCV valve. Hopefully it’s the PCV but I doubt it myself. Thanks for the help I appreciate it.
