Problem with aircon in my 2007 Holden Barina Sedan.

Hi I have just got a new radiator and fan belt put into my car. I drove it today and the aircon gets hot when I have stopped, and only cools as I get to a faster speed. The car wasn't overheating at all, but when I got home, it smelt really hot and there was a funny hissing noise coming from down near the fan belt/alternator area. I don't know much about cars, but having nothing but problems with this little betsy.

Take the car back to the person that did the repair, they may have not bleed the cooling system and this may be the reason it smell hot and the hissing may be a stem or coolant leak, get this checked asap before any potential damage is done.
