Power steering

I was driving down road and front left tire came off including all six lug nuts.
Put in six new studs and bought new lug nuts.
Two days later I was driving and my steering wheel was very stiff.
I thought maybe fluid level was low but was fine. There is no whine or sounds from power steering system.
I was wondering if something happened from when my tire fell off to cause it to have no power steering.
My truck has a lift on it and I have 315 75R 16 tires.
Please help me.
