2003 Pontiac Sunfire engine wont startwhen we have wet weat

Starts fine in dry weather will start in wet weather but it takes a long time time to start

Sounds like classic ignition wire problems.
When it is dry and it starts fine, mist water over the wires in low light condition. See if the performance acts up and or you seeing arcing from the wires.
