I went to my car this morning and noticed my lights were still onwhen I got to the car I relized that I didnt leave them on but the were still on. The switch was in the off position. When I got the car started the check engine light, the trac off light and the highbeam light was on and I cannot get the lights off. I turned off the car turn the car back on and still cannot get the lights off. I finally took out the fuses for it and it shut off but when I put them back in the lights go rite bak on even though the switch is off. Please help me figure this out because I cant for the life of me. Thank you

I have (almost) the exact same problem - same car, 90k miles - difference is, my car was broken into and someone ripped apart the ignition trying to steal it and gave up. I got it fixed and it was fine after driving it about 3 times, then the air bag light came on intermittently, then service light, then it went off, then high beam light on dash came on - wouldn't go out. After parking it the dashlights wouldn't turn off, or parking lights,
I didn't know where the fuse panel was, so I disconnected one connector on the battery overnight. Next morning - screwed the connector back on to the battery - car wouldn't start, just sits there dead.

Help me 2?
