I was just wondering what my next step should be on the repair of this car. I've replaced the plugs, wires, O2 sensor, the injetors are pretty new, the coil pack with ignition module have been replaced, and the fuel filter w/ 3 bottles of lucus injector cleaner put into the gas tank. The car seems ok under hard acceleration, but the idle and slow acceleration are still very hesitant. Any info would be insightful.

Might be a good idea to check the compression of all of your cylinders. See if that one is low, and fix the cause. If not that, you might want to remove the crankshaft sensor and inspect the reluctor wheel for any defections.
I would have the no.3 injector tested, or even replace it with one of the other cylinders.
