1999 Pontiac Firefly PTC Fuse blowing

I have had the car hooked up to the computer and got a P1250 Code. Iwas told the there was a break in the emission circuit which was a blown fuse. A new fuse is inserted and the emission computer reset. The car will run for about 2-3 mins then the fuse will blow again. Any ideas?

YES. You have a short to ground!

. Whoops, I shoulda been more specific. There is a short to ground somewhere in THAT circuit. Chances are, it's with a specific component.
