What is wrong with my "low oil pressure" message. When I started my car one morning a couple of weeks ago the low oil pressure message appeared in my DIC. It came on right when I started the card and then immediately went off. It did not come on again until this morning and it did the same thing. Oil level is good so I am not sure what the problem is. I would have more of an idea if it came on and stayed on.

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,if normal replace the oil pressure switch/sensor. If abnormal could mean oil pump pressure relief valve sticking-try having your oil change
