Hi, My service engine soon light is on one day and off another but I dont notice the van running bad. I ran a scan on the code and it came up p0171 system too lean. What am I looking for to fix this problem?

Hello, I'd want to see what the 02 sensor is doing? Drive the system rich and see if the 02 reading goes rich. If it does, the sensor may be ok and something is causing the system to go lean, fuel--vacuum leak, something.
