2002 Pontiac Grand Prix vibrates/shakes

Ok I have a 2002 grand prix and when I'm sitting still are if I'm at a light and I ease off the break my car vibrates it feels like its going to cut off my motor and pipes are vibrating too and my check engine light is on can u tell me what is wrong?

If the check engine light is wrong, it is indicating a fault. From the description of your symptom it could be a misfire. There should be a fault code associated with the light. If you can obtain that code(s), It would be helpful in assisting you further. Some parts stores offer free code reading.
