My check engine light is on and I got it diagnoses and it said cylinder 2 misfire my car vibrates when I'm just sitting in the car and when I come to a stop sign are a red light my engine shakes and my pipes shakes but when I'm driving it drives perfect what is wrong with my car and if I don't get it fix what will happen?

You have a misfire on that cylinder. It can be plugs, wires, bad coil or even a bad fuel injector. It will need to be looked at to determine if it's due for any of the normal maintenance items.
