the trunk will not open with the key or button, what do I do now? Does the dealer have a tool to unlock the trunk?

Can you turn the key? Do you think the lock might be frozen?
Somebody today was telling me about antifreeze lock, I guess it is a spray for frozen locks, they said it works.

In the past, I had a customer lock her keys in the trunk, I removed the backseat and managed to reach her keys, just luck.

I don't know if you can reach the trunk latch mechanism from the backseat?
