I believe it is located in the air-box assembly. The arrow in the pic is pointing to the leftside of the car...

Thanks, I was wondering what that was in my air box! Is this a plug and play replacement or does it need programed when replaced?

The computer will have to be programed after it is replaced. Some dealers have a unit that they can program them for sale over the counter. Other wize you will have to have it towed in for reprograming or let them replace it and then program it.

Well I intend to get it from a junckyard since I'm not 100% sure it's bad. Does it need reprogrammed if I take it from the exact same model and year?

The pcm wil have to be programed to the car. Even if it is programed to same model and year. I think that it has to do with options and the VIN # and the theft deterant system.
