Car began tio misfire and run like a cylinder was not firing. Engine runs fine at idle and with light acceleration. Misfire returns under heavier acceleration. Car misfires under load

I would have the ignition module tested at any autoparts store for free.

If OK, then check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge.

If OK then remove and inspect spark plugs, look for gas/oil soaking.

If OK, then have a backpressure test performed on the CAT, it may be partially clogged.

If OK, then I would replace the plugs/wires and coil pack.
