I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix GTP and I have a code po453 which the computer told me it was a fuel tank pressure sensor.I was wanting to know where the sensor is located and what I could do to maybe diagnose and fix the problem myself.

Its a small sensor located on the fuel tank sending unit above the fuel tank. You have to lower the tank to gain access.
