Look at lower ball joint, if no grease fitting, then it is a sealed unit.

Most newer cars use sealed units, but if they have been replaced, some aftermarket ball joints do have grease fittings. Other possible grease fittings would be outer tie rods, but again, if replaced with an aftermarket unit, it may have a grease fitting.
