1997 Pontiac Grand Prix Please help

My car has ran fine since I got it about a year ago I have put maybe 7000 miles on it an the other day leaving work my car wouldn't start it ran find that morning it will turn over m crank but won't fire on I jiggled the spark plug wires an it started after sitting for a day after that day it hasn't started since I replaced the plugs an wires n nothing still so I replaced the coil packs an still won't start do u have any suggestions? Thank you

Check spark with a spark tester you can get cheap at any autoparts store. If no spark, then have ign. Module tested at any autoparts store for free.

If spark, then check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge.
