1997 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Automatic

the belt tensioner pulley on my car went bad so we were trying to pull it off and the bolt broke. Now the only thing we can do is take the entire tensioner off and drill the bolt out. How can you do this? How difficult will it be?

If any part of the bolt is sticking out, get a bolt out set, spray with PB Blaster and remove with a ratchet.

If flush with surface, then you will have to remove accessories to get a drill in there, and yes it won't be easy.
