1995 Pontiac Grand Am fuel mileage

I am only getting about 12mpg and the check engine light comes on when the engine reaches operating temp

Hello,

Take it by your local auto zone and have them pull codes for you they will do it for free. Post codes here in forum.

Could be your Coolant or Engine Temp Sensor.
