I have a 1994 Firebird that has a rusted oil pan- do I need to remove the engine to replace it?

If it has the 4R70W transmission there is a TSB #99-18-5 that has you check and replace (if needed) the 2-3 accumulator piston/seal due to leaking when cold. Pays about 2 hours labor since it's above the valve body.
