Radio and power window keep going off

I have a 97 Firebird with 118k miles, 3.8L engine. I bought the car with 84k miles.

From the day I bought it, every now and then the radio will go off while driving. When this happens the power windows will also quite working.

The symptom occurs more frequently when it is hot out, i.E. Temperature related. However every now and again a good bump in the road will either cause it to either go off or come back on. It happens fairly regular and is not predictable. I have not been able to pin down any particular pattern when it will occur.

The firebirds have a delay module where you can still work the radio and windows after the engine has been turned off, after a period of time it automatically turns off the radio and stops the windows from working, or until you open the door. Is it possible it is this part that is malfunctioning?
