Power Door Locks

1989 Pontiac Firebird. 82K miles. Hi, I have 2 questions:
#1 power door locks keeps on locking and unlocking, it will only stops when I remove the 12V relay fuse.

#2 Headlights. The pop up headlights both won't go down. The motor is turning but won't make the headlights to go down.

I had something similar, but my lights wouldn't go up. I fixed this problem by going to this website and ordering a repair kit.

Replace the one thats bad. Had the same problem in my grand prix it was caused by water. When I left the window down in the rain.
