I just got a 1994 Firebird V6 with 115K miles and The windows are in some what bad shape. The windows will go down and up but they do it at a VERY slow pase. The drivers side window will sometimes stop, and if I give it some time to rest while not pressing on the button and then try it agian it will start to go up. We thing that if we just get some lubercent it will work. That it may be the weather strip is just to rough and does not allow much movement. It also seems to be getting scratched(cant be sure about that). I think it may be the motor but my stepdad(who has more wisdom) thinks that the strips (or maybe the actual window tracks) are just so worn that they just need to be relubricated(if you can do something) or replaced. If it was on only one of the windows I would be more sure of it being the motor but both of them are slow.

Your power window motor needs to be replaced. I had the same problem with my 96 firebird. I put a new window motor in and it solved the problem.
