I hear a bump when I pull it in to drive or to reverse, and from reverse to drive, it sounds like its coming from the tire or suspension area. Also my gauge area lights are out and its not the fuse, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well lets take it one problem at a time ok. First the noise. Have you check the u-joints on the drive line? If not do that see if there are loose. As for the lights It may be burnt out bulbs or could be the headlight switch. I would check bulbs first.
